Anyway, back on track....
The MacBooks are definitely winning converts, everywhere. Saw a die hard PC dood sheepishly sporting one, in the bowels of a very high tech environment. Not only that, he was not getting derision for it, as would have been the case not too long ago. Instead, his black MacBook was gathering interest from the other cubicles, as it were.
Now, I'm too old to know the stock and the company are not one and the same -- the chart talks about one and the PR dept about the other. And, I tune out PR and stare at the chart instead. Still, there is something killer about the MacBooks. Don't ax me what it is, I don't like them all that much -- prefer the MacBook Pros -- but the ayes have it: something about that black MacBook. Red hot.
Yes, the one I saw getting ogled today was running XP via Parallels. |
