Actually, the Falcon JV between IVN and BHP does not cover the Oyu Tolgoi -- the JV has to do with using the Falcon survey on heretofore unexplored land. My notes also say that the JV was part of what was bequeathed to ASG as part of the recent asset swap that ended up with IVN owning 90% of ASG. That's not to say there isn't a possibility of a JV with BHP on OT as well at some point. LC
