That is the big myth marcos.

I have seen documents that indicated there were few people at all in that desert area in the early 1900's. My family also had a debate and we googled the question of who's land the area was. The documents we got said no one knows how many jews and arabs were there exactly. But as I remember there were more jews than Arabs in Jeruselum. And in any event both groups were there not just arabs.

As I understand it, it was mostly desert which the jews worked their butts off to improve. Jordan and Egypt took much of the Palistinian land, but it was all controlled by England originally.

How were any of the countries over there set up? Saudi Arabia was simply a matter of King Saud conquering the area by force. Other countries were set up by England and Europe. They did not even follow historic tribal control and all of the countries boundaries were contrived by whomever won them by war.

Israel is the jews homeland and in the early 1900's, as mentioned, I believe Jeruselam had more jews than arabs.

In a nutshell, the few hundred jews left out of millions in Europe, after Hitler killed them all, limped back to their homeland crippled, broken and utterly destroyed by Hitler. And as mentioned filled with grief and they had no place else to go on the entire earth. Nor did they have any place to go when Hitler was killing them!

No one ever helped them out during the 2nd world war. They had as much right to settle the ME area as anyone else and especially The European countries and war lords who contolled teritory by conquest. Like Saudi Arabia.

When the British left in 1946/7? they would not allow the jews any weapons to defend themselves and the entire Arab world decended on them to wipe them once again from the face of the earth, when England left.

How they improabably won that war is outlined in the book called "the pledge".

Then again in 1956 and 1967 the world was sure the Arabs and Persions would wipe them out for sure with, Adlai Stevenson in 1967, on the floor of the UN, imploring nations to not let Israel be destroyed. The Arabs attacked Israel, not the other way around and they lost.

In 1967, 6 days after they were attacked by the every nation in the ME, a few million jews had whipped 100 million Arabs and Persions and the world had to pull them off. The jews were fighting for their very life. What do you think the Arabs would have done to the jews if they had won any of those battles??

The jews have gotton the chit end of the stick for ever.

And what is the rest of the Arab world doing to help the Palistinians? Providing groups like Hamas and Hezbolla with weapons, not food, money or land.

The jews have been willing to live side by side with the Arabs, but every time the Arabs tried to destroy them. Does anyone really think the jews are more warlike than the arabs?

Every Arab country today is scary becasue their regims are so brutal. And in the one fragile democracy Turkey (where the clerics are contolled by the military) go see "midnight Express" if you want to see how brutal they are.

The jews are just trying to survive.

Look at the war between Iraq and Iran if you want to see how crazy they are.
