No it is not, I went through the whole thing and almost at the end there is a reference to chinese Jews being called "blue Hat"

Look under Names:

They have also been called the Blue-Hat Hui people (Chinese: ???; pinyin: Lánmào Húi), in contrast to other populations of Hui, who have identified with hats of other colors. The distinction between Muslim and Jewish Chinese is not, and historically has not been, well recognised by the dominant Han population.
