j t, yesterday it was reported that IBM is working with 3 semi equipment manufacturers on the copper process. Later it was revealed that Novellus was one of the three. IBM also stated that they expect to have "a couple of years" before their competition reverse-engineers the process. I think IBM will have the semi equip. mfg sign a non-disclosure statement. But those are details that really do not concern me. I'm sure the big boys know how to handle this. I would just like to know who the other two semi equip. companies are. GM
