Maybe IBM wished them to keep this information quiet. Even now, you don't see any announcements from any of the suppliers of equipment that IBM is using in the process. They must be under non-disclosure. Since IBIS is talking, they must have less stringent requirements.

IBIS was anticipating this announcement, settling the warrants before this information was released. You almost have to wonder what the potential upside for IBIS will be now. Even as IBM starts ramping up (assuming there are no production problems) there will have to be increased demand from others and maybe some other projects in the pipeline will get kick-started to lock in supply.

Not a bad company to be invested in.
