But other parts like the leader has a special vision and shouldn't be questioned is not so nice.

Other than some rhetoric, there wasn't any attempt to take control of production in the name of the Volk. Now true, that happened to Jewish owned businesses, but those were a special case. There was no attempt to move to a classless society or eliminate class distinctions. Although not necessarily classical socialism, there wasn't any attempt to centrally control the economy except for the war effort. Now granted, the distinction was pretty moot towards the end, but that was true of all the countries by that time.
