carpal - right hand but it is minor

The REAL problem is:

TORN rotator cuff - left shoulder :^(

physical therapy 3x/week ... may take up to 9 weeks ... unless they conclude they need to operate ... I don't go back to ortho-doc until end of July.

I can use the computer, but cannot concentrate for long due to shoulder pain! I seem to get bursts of time without pain and then I try to do everything at once.

I am not a patient person ...
