"No buy back yet, for a variety of reasons including possession of material undisclosed information - ie being in an "insider" position. We still plan to buy some shares once the insider info is released or goes away and/or if the price drops dramatically from current levels." The statement is contradictory. It sounds like even if the insider information is NOT released but if the price drops dramatically from these levels, the company will step in and buy ? If that is the case, then using material undisclosed information as one of the reason for not buying back seems misleading.
