You seem to know allot about this.

Most people believe that in some small way the billions of gallons of raw sewage Victoria dumps annually will eventually do harm.

Counting on the flow of the current to eliminate this nasty problem certainly helps Victoria and Canada, but where does it go and what what are the long term affects? Has the government of Canada studied that question? If it is so harmless to dump raw sewage why are there laws disallowing the dumping of raw sewage from ships in coastal waters?

Finally......would you eat the fish caught or the crustaceans harvested directly off of Victoria?
