I think by buying NRI now a bigger pharma gets a headstart in using DMSO solvent as a transdermal deliverer of drugs to near skin surface sites with minimal leakage systemically. The key of course is FDA approval, but I think they finally have a good chance of getting that in the next 6 months. They have around 200 million shares out and I think that is spread among thousands of shareholders with no one holding more than 10%. I think CDN$300 million is worth it for DMSO transdermal technology and near FDA approval with the potential for a pipeline of several other topical drugs in the near future. We will see if a big pharma agrees with me:-)
