My view is they have went after Hezbollah. If they went after population centers as you describe, you'd have a whole lot more dead people would you not? Removing Hezbollah's logistical support is unfortunate in that it will cause some collateral damage. Would collateral damage be "just unfortunate" if it was Little Rock that was sustaining the damage?
