A good whiff of deflation now is about the only thing to save Brazil America. He needs about 20% shaved off of energy prices and other commodities, and fast. I don't see "deflation" (off of today's parabolic prices) as a big negative outcome now at all, bring it on, and get rates up to do it. They blew their opportunity in May when they got gold down to $550, and oil to $67, and then let the Riskloves and crack up boomers of the hook, so may take even more medicine now.
