The key to all this is China and to some degree Japan, they are way, way behind the curve, even more so than the US.

Yu Yongding, a member of the central bank's policy committee, in a July 13 report said China should let the yuan appreciate more to address a ``serious misallocation of resources'' caused by record trade and current account surpluses.

One thing to remember about China, the Nationalists were brought down in the large part because of hyperinflation.
