>I don't see how nobody in the middle East can be blamed for this mess but Israel.
A good point!
>the only logical conclusion is to kill as many Arabs as it takes to get to the Terrorists.
Wow, that's quite an interesting position to take. I wonder how many people in Canada agree with you.
Would anyone care to guess at how many Arab civilians have been killed by the Israeli army over the last few years, and how many Israeli civilians have been killed by Arab terrorists? I don't have any numbers on hand, but I've seen figures in the past, and in the "who is a bigger threat to innocent civilians award", the Israeli army wins. Meanwhile, we see the world scramble to evacuate its innocent civilians from Lebanon so that there are not more casualties like the Canadians killed yesterday. The people in Israel? Well, seems all these hundreds or thousands of rockets being fired are not doing a lot of damage from all I can see.
Who has been provoked or wronged more -- Arabs by Israelis, or the Israelis by Arabs? I don't support any violent action on either side, but we see one side living in misery and making desparate, futile, and sensational acts of resistence and the other wealthy, armed to the teeth, and doing its killing with calculated military precision backed fully by its government. |
