Policy was restrictive in May but then preceding the 13-14 June rally the money supply increased and around 3-4 July started to decrease again. You have to go through each day's report.

I am beginning to think that people discussing Central Bank actions on SI are misinterpreting what is happening. And that the stock and bond markets drive the Central Bank and not the other way around.... So if people sell bonds and want cash then the Central Bank has to increase the money supply in order to get the target interest rate back down again.
