Tom, MMGG does not necessarily need a buyout IMO. The GTI
group they have working designed and built the Scorpion mine
on schedule and budget. Resulted in a turn-key operating mine
running at 90% of capacity at turnover time.

Lets see the Mine Plan completion expected in 3-4 months to
see the profitability (will show RESERVES and mining costs),
only need to add refining costs which are well defined.

With the right numbers I think MMGG can raise the capex and
keep the mine. And all the other zinc, lead, and silver deposits.
