I wouldn't buy tech unless you are sure the company itself is in a secular growth trend (I think there are 3 of these - GOOG, AAPL and AKAM). The rest of the market including the nas is going to 1974 valuations I think. The reason tech looks worse than housing is because many of those were more expensive to begin with.

At 70s level valuations though, I would put every cent I had into the QQQs.
