Never said any different. I do challenge the idea that they would unstoppably sweep the south.

They likely have both. But they also have the old-style Soviet central control. Which they lose in the first day or two, along with air cover and armor. And that means they are no longer an offensive force.

Again, never made a contrary claim. Seoul is in an untenable position. But the rest of the country would survive.
