As always, Bush is again out of step with the rest of the world. Even the use of filthy language is symptomatic of the incompetency of this Administration. I thought it was only Cheney who couldn't shoot straight and used profanity. But hey, it is also our President who uses foul language when conversing with world leaders. No wonder they consider him as a piece of "shit"
