I do not anticipate that we will -ever- attach names to recommendations insofar as who made the recommendations.

In my view, the privacy aspect outweighs others' "need" to know. That is the same rationale that we use in not disclosing who is ignoring who(m?), or what boards someone has SubjectMarked, or what users someone has PeopleMarked. The aggregate numbers should be sufficient.
