?????? Do you know anything about the history of this stock for the last year?? The fact that it is trading at all makes no sense. There is no evidence that the company is more than a shell with no assets at best. Read the last few thousand posts on the GIFS thread if you want to know something relevant about the company, not year-old edgar filings.
