One IRA is 75 cash the other fully in the micro juniors, mostly Cortez Trend. I think I need to play the move in the SPY while I'm waiting on the PMs to get over their seasonal flu.

I've been posting more on I-Hub of late Hey spot me a link or thread so I don't have to look through everything, OK?

Heard anything on GSS and its progress to get that Biox plant up and running? If memory serves that was a key to the turn around of the company? Watch for 2.50 where I'll land on it with both feet!

Did you see the news on IMR and its 80% tumble today? WOW! There is a reason to add a little DD to the TA game if I ever saw one!

I don't like trading in micro caps with daily volumes in the tens of thousands of shares per day. There is a game there, but I'm neither smart enough nor nimble enough to play it, so I stay out of those. A few momo plays aren't bad in highly liquid stocks as long as one doesn't chase price too far and does their own thinking on time to exit.

I've been wondering about the entry criteria; best I can tell I need to use some kind of real-time volume screen that alerts to greater than some average volume on an intraday basis in the small caps. If TA is used it has to be on a 15 or 30-minute chart basis as the moves don't fit a 5-minute chart.

The other thing I don't get is all of these folks using discount brokers for trading. Shoot maybe even you do too? [Hope I'm not insulting you] Did you see the shot I got the other day about making money on an 8 cent move? Why pay 29.95, 19.95, 12.95, 10.95 for a trade? One of the first TA books I read (Elder?) hammered away at the slippage issue and since then I recognized that as a major business cost, that needed to be managed. As I've progressed in the trading, one of the objectives is to learn to keep trading costs as a lower percent for the month. I could not do it with cost per side of $10 or more.

Anyway I should take some time and do a bit more DD on some of these junior explorers or near producers. ARZ still looks like its tied to the price of NXG. MAI is trucking along under McEwen protection.

Good trading to you!
