Europe halts NZ butter exports From an ASB email.... The biggest news for the week came on Friday, when the European Commission said it would halt New Zealand's butter trade to Europe while it reviewed a court decision invalidating parts of New Zealand's market access agreement. Butter exports to Europe are worth around NZ $265 million annually.
