Harry: Fundamentally I would think the delay of Vista puts a crimp on all the chip companies related to the PC. Why buy now if you can wait till January with the new system pre loaded. From what I've read INTC has finally started to make a chip that is better than AMDs. Since INTC has the production and financials maybe it's turning the corner but there may still be more downside in its price. As liquidity drains from the system the NAZ stocks in general and tech more so feel the pain.
