I think the conversation makes sense. When I greet my friends, I don't say, Mr. Lawyer or Mr. Doctor, I say "Yo, buddy!"... -g/ng.

There is nothing wrong with unofficially discussing things off the record.

Suggesting that Syria should press Hizballah to "stop this shit" makes plenty of sense.

I think the critics are trying to squeeze out of this episode... a little too much. Jmho.
