Do you see a difference between hiding among and deliberately choosing to fight behind your child as a human shield?

"These are not their own children they are putting at risk simply the children of a convenient state."

That looks like a no then. As long as they are hiding behind other peoples children as a strategy and not their own then it's acceptable to you?
