It would appear you recognize dishonesty but have to come up with an alibi that was less dishonest. ie " My guess is that he expected people who were still holding some from 2000 - 2001 to understand that they should take a similar percentage off the table at that time." .The last statement is an alibi for the guy.. Brinker was being very disingenuous with the caller on the air who specifically asked about the 5 yr old QQQs. He cut the caller off and yammered twice that he "reduced" the QQQQ allocation "in our model portfolios in April;" clearly wanting to stop the conversation about his off the books disaster and make people think that he had only QQQs in the model portfolios and was a genius in handling the QQQs. You agree that Brinker has demonstrated a total lack of integrity on this issue-but can't resist giving a much more pure slant to his motives (you guessed he wanted people to sell the same % of his off the books QQQs) . Let's say you and I were on vacation and getting ready to leave the lobby of the hotel and realized I had left my wallet in the room. I remember leaving it on the nightstand. I go back to my room, see the cleaning cart in front of the room but see the maid heading down the corridor with my wallet. I call to her, she looks back knows me from previous days' exchanges and then she runs into the stair well and takes off never to be seen again. I realize that you have been the victim of a thief. Now let's say I'm traveling with you. I'd bet you would say. "Now my guess would be that she is going looking for you so she could give you your wallet". Off that topic, my comment to the "new poster" about your 5,000 posts and Brinker's own tally under his alias here was to show him how desperate and illogical he was in his stalking and harassing. I have fewer posts than any of the players here and his point was ridiculous. I could care less how many posts people make. The guy making that one has been busy for years as well. :)
