Buddy, Clinton was shutting down bases all over the country, and world. He did not allocate for spare parts for tanks. helicopters, new weaponry, and a needed raise in salary for the troops. He didn't dare to do that because Hillary openly hated the military and had no bones about it. She would not even allow the Marines that protected the White House to wear their uniforms, and she was known to be a burner of the American Flag, which was shown in a photo when in college.

If Billy Boy had any cojones, he would have sent her packing, and tried her for murder in Arkansas, and maybe that would have saved the life of Vince Foster.
