I bet you'll buy another DELL right? ;-) Well I am fairly good at taking them apart now and getting all the pieces back together! And I know how to get 6 free screws without going thru phone hell and Indian gibberish English. You just email every corporate email address you can find; from investor relations; to the media contact; to sending a letter addressed to the board of directors. Simple? Right?
