Heres the post from Stock swap thread:e: SPNSF -- A case study in legal MM "manipulation"

SPNSF had reportedly set a date of (Sunday!?) 9/21 for conversion of preferred
stock into 2.7M shares of common stock. From last Wednesday to Friday, the
price dropped from 9.4 down to 8.0 in anticipation (FYI, exactly what happened to
TPRO in early August before their planned conversion). But, woops, the
conversion never happened; it was postponed until the end of this week (I think
Thursday)! So the price over the last two days has climbed back to 9.4.

Should be really interesting to see what transpires over the next few days. The
key will be the volume. I would think the stock should briefly drop back to 8 where
it, once again, should be a bargain. However, heavy volume and no price
movement will still be very bullish under the circumstances. The ace in the hole
for investors is that SPNSF is planning some big news for the SPG Conference
in San Francisco next Monday-Wednesday, and the price should jump back into
the 10s, IMO. - Jeffrey Mitchell

Sure would like to know where he gets his information. Sure makes sense with the volume this week that the conversion hasnt taken place yet. Here we go again.
