Though I'd personally like to see HCCA rot in hell, I should point out that a 144 does not necessarily mean the person is selling. Just that they've got a large stake and want to keep that option available. Many folks file 144's routinely, even if they don't sell their stocks. Insiders can't sell at all unless they first submit a 144. While it's likely this person is selling, it's not necessarily a given that they are.
