the absence of "the horrible language, the euro-gang and the mindless pumpers/bashers" will undoubtedly IMPROVE the quality of the discussion.

as long as posters post SUBSTANCE -- pro or con -- they r welcome, I'm sure.

everyone benefits when an issue is thoroughly vetted, warts and all.

what is distasteful and antithetical to reasoned discourse -- and thereby heightened understanding -- r the endless streams of mindless one-liners (pumpers and bashers r equally culpable) and the ridiculous assertions that the eurofreaks r known 4 (e.g., "either you all stop the disrespectful posts towards us or we will inflict more pain on you," "this POS is heading to $4.79," "bad news is certain to be released soon," etc., etc.

I guess everyone has to make up his/her own mind as to which type of forum is preferred, but I have had no hesitation in choosing this one -- zip, nada.

I guess time will ultimately reveal who has made the better choice...
