Scrapps, the job cuts came up in the CC. The "head-count reduction" as it was termed by analysts, will be a gradual thing that may not still be completed at the end of the 98FY. The reason for this is because some of the jobs that are slated to be cut cannot be cut right away, because lots of people are working on in-process projects.

So, we can assume there's some engineers in there. Another thing mentioned was that some of the "heads" may be simply transferred to a new location to work on a different project, yet their old position would still be counted as a "cut".
