And, if I recall correctly, those were lowball numbers, since they only mentioned H, with unknown savings(which is good), and didn't discuss things like switching long distance freight to electric rail and going to a 10/40 or 3/36 hour work week as contributions towards conservation. . Nor the energy savings of recycling. Can't remember if it talked specifically about projects like this, but this is also applicable to any bridge on any big river in America, 24/7....
