So true Peter....Plus if someone isn't conscious, there won't be success and advancement that follow. I'm head of a large group of volunteers....Leading volunteers is somewhat akin to herding cats. I'm finding the two words I always think make one successful ....FLEXIBLE and ATTITUDE ...are very much in my mind right now. One of the volunteers questions every, every, every, little, little, small, tiny, itsy bitsy, thing....it's about ready to make me nuts.....SO I'm thinking, like Little Toot>..... I think I can, attitude I think I can, Attitude I think I can, ATTitude I think I can, ATTITUDE I KNOW I can, ATTITUDE <smiles again>
