Hizbullah arose because of a need not because of Syria or Iran. Syria and Iran saw an opportunity and took advantage of it. What need? To perpetuate a war against Israel? Israel did everything that was demanded of it by the UN and Europe. They removed their troops from Lebanon and what did they get in return??
