Bush's entire economy is deficit spending driven.
When Bush talks about tax cuts creating growth, he's only telling you half the story. The other half is that an idiot can create growth by borrowing trillions and spending it.

Bush has created the biggest deficits in world history. His tax cuts are in effect just borrowing and deficit spending because he refuses to cut spending. And the GOP congress is worse than the old tax and spend Democrat congress. And twice as corrupt. Plus, Bush's tax cuts are secretly structured to benefit only the very rich and screw everyone else.

Bush's tax cut economy is also totally unsustainable. It can pay for a 4 year party, then it's pay back the piper time. Same as Reagan's but much worse.

Clinton raised taxes and gave us the best sustainable economy of our lifetimes. He even created huge surpluses. That was smart and responsible. Everyone won, not just the cronies at the top. Bush has turned a projected multi-trillion dollar surplus into an actual multi-trillion dollar deficit in five short years, and there's no plan to change course.

Also, it's a total myth that lower taxes create higher revenues. Maybe they do 10% of the time very temporarily under certain conditions, but the other 90% of the time they just add more and more to the national credit card. This is one of the biggest lies the rightwing has perpetrated on the nation and themselves. It simply is not true. In short, there is nothing fiscally responsible or conservative about Bush's tax cuts or spending sprees. Just the opposite.
