Sure you are! From the outset, you are making the moral judgment that it is wrong for one group (in this case religious people) to force their moral beliefs on you by making Laws, based on those views. Then you supply us with a list of your moral beliefs that you think should be enshrined (forced) into Laws. You seem to think that you get around this contradiction by just calling them legal as opposed to moral concerns. I don't see how that helps you much, since you obviously would not want something you considered immoral to also become legal.
