Most Iraqis are being killed by other Iraqis. It's called a civil war. Most wackos attacking our troops however are foreign fighters who streamed in after Bush dared them to. They were not in Iraq before we got there.

I confirmed this with my friend Colonel Rick who was one of the commanders of the Army Rangers in Fallujah.
