So Dubyette says stem cells research on embryos is murder but says it's perfectly ok if it's privately funded.

HUH?

Yet Dubyette also said it was ok to use the product of murder before.

The bill Bush vetoed said that only embryos stored at fertility clinics could be used for federally funded research. It didn't cover private or state-funded research, such as the $3 billion plan California voters approved in 2004....

The president in August 2001 permitted federal funding of embryonic stem cell research limited to already existing stem cell lines. The NIH is providing $38 million for such research in the current fiscal year...."
