Greg,
re: Your comments about babies are insulting and intentionally dense. They betray a shocking inability or unwillingness for moral reasoning.
You are a funny guy.. funny strange ? Naw, don't know you well enough to ascertain... funny humorous ? Certainly not that I've seen.. funny as in Funny you would say that ? Well as John Lovett would say.. yeah that's the ticket !!
I guess it's fine for you to use the killing baby card to support your beliefs ...
I see Laz has wisely declined to champion the cause of baby killing, but fools do rush in...

No let's not get on the abortion topic... my views are on this board, all the regulars pretty well know each other's views so it's a been there done that topic here...

Hezbollah is a part of the Lebanese government Yes..... well ... It is a democracy.. although fractious and unfortunately subject to some 'religious' constraints... and they got elected... They don't speak for all of Lebanon though... do they ? Let's see, a little more than 50% of the country is Muslim with a little over 50% of that Shia, the balance Suni and Druze... which are typical benefactors of the Hezbollah... and just under 50% Christian... So let's see ... that means almost half of Lebanese are Christian... Suni and Shia fight each other and only unite for convenience.. so I guess that we need to wipe out all of Lebanon... Let's just incinerate the entire country in 'incidental crossfire'.. You know a nice eupemism... just like the word 'procedure'...

I guess the Parti Quebécois and Bloc Quebécois here do not have the right to be in parliament as they support separation ?

Finally I assume that if I agreed with you on all counts I would suddenly have an outstanding capacity for moral reasoning... Do we need logic ?

And while we are at it... Here is another Lebanese problem... Is this Lebanon's fault ?
The number of Palestine refugees registered with UNRWA in Lebanon is currently 394,532, or an estimated 10 per cent of the population of Lebanon, a small country which is now quite densely populated.
Palestine refugees in Lebanon face specific problems. They do not have social and civil rights, and have very limited access to the government's public health or educational facilities and no access to public social services. The majority rely entirely on UNRWA as the sole provider of education, health and relief and social services. Considered as foreigners, Palestine refugees are prohibited by law from working in more than 70 trades and professions. This has led to a very high rate of unemployment amongst the refugee population.
