While I'm on the subject (bragging on my daughter -- a frequent favorite subject), here's the solo we're doing this year. Extremely aggressive for her age. I think she does it just a tad better than this recording, but the piano player smokes me except for a mistake made 3 notes from the end that I don't make. ecclectica.ca While scanning this thread looking for info on how to make folders to save messages into, cam across the msgs about your daughter and trumpet. Last year's solo sounds great - so catch us up on what she's doing now. My daughter played trumpet from 4th grade to HS senior - ended up with 4 trumpets, a french horn, and two clarinets - new trumpet every few years, each twice the price of the one before :)
