They may be shorting with "impunity" (not sure exactly what that means.... not having the stock go up after they short? not getting hit in the head with a 2by4 after they short?)

but they are certainly not shorting in VOLUME. The daily volume on the NAZ for HSOA has barely been able to get to or top 1 million shares. Given the shorting frenzy during the stockle mon debacle, this level is positively anemic.

Anyone shorting here is strictly an amateur anyway. One of the first rules I came across when I was just a baby raida was: dont short a stock that has ALREADY been clobbered and is forming a bottom-base.

The second rule was: dont short a stock that has great fundamentals and is fundamentally cheap, just because it has fallen. And dont short a stock where all the "bad news" is basically out.

Its not the shorts I worry about now; I just want to see some meaningful BUYING flow from the 'tutes to get volume and price back up. IT appears we may need some news flow for that; or sometimes serendipity just hits and the move starts seemingly out of nowhere.

Like what happened to HOM just about exactly one year ago!!
