Fine, Corzine gave a girlfriend money. Big deal. He's a very rich guy. Why is that corruption? I admit it looks a bit tainted, but Corzine is very-very rich so maybe he's just generous with his girlfriends. I know a rich guy who gave a chick a million bucks to stay with him but not marry him. In case you don't know, girlfriends of very rich men often get well taken care of. If they were married you'd have no problem with it at all, would you? What I consider corruption is when the transaction of money harms the taxpayers, the consumers or defrauds an election. Now you're trying to kake a connection between Corzine's ex-girlfriend and an election, but I seriously doubt Corzine was banging her to pick up union votes. That much money meant LOVE.
