Stem cells are not "unborn children" numb-skull. With that logic, every time someone menstruates or masturbates they're also killing "millions of unborn children". It's stupid thinking and it needs to stop. There is nothing unethical about stem cell research, nor for that matter a woman's right to choose whether she wants to be pregnant or give birth.
