I have to say that I was somewhat shocked by your post ... and then when I considered this particular forum I realized that it is just par for the course. I'm sorry if I somehow missed the positive side of this posting of yours. If you were looking to "motivate" the people at Novell by this post then I have to say that you didn't. I would have much rather seen you use your 20 years of learning to suggest improvements to the employees in general or to teach those who might benefit from your expertise. If what you really wanted was some attention at Novell, I'm sure that you got it. Those who thought of this forum as a waste of time are re-assured.
