I think his overall strategy is quite sound, and that is to encourage people to learn as much as they possibly can on their own, help them develop a solid asset allocation according to their personal situations, and to TRY to help them avoid being devoured in any major bear markets that may come along.
It is no part of brinker's strategy to do short-term timing and try to avoid corrections, which is good, imo, and which makes his qqq call even more difficult to comprehend. It is completely contrary to the philosophy he has espoused since I started listening to him in 1992, and has been the philosophy he has espoused ever since the fiasco.
I think his strategy is sound, and I KNOW he helped me achieve a personal goal of retiring at a relatively early age.
The bashers here will not agree, but hopefully you, I, math and some others can begin a rational discussion.
