One problem- apple current has hardware in place that makes it impossible to run OS X on regular intel hardware.

You can expect microsoft to get some DRM going with new machines to make it impossible to run windows on mac hardware, OR you can expect apple to get sued to make it so people can run OS X on non-apple hardware.

They can't have it both ways in the eyes of anti-trust.
