No, I was thinking about some ancient civilizations that would bury their first born into the wall of their new house. Christianity teaches their is no greater sacrifice than to give your life for the life of another man. I can't understand a parent turning their children into cannon fodder. I believe the people of the middle east have higher values than some are demonstrating. Maybe it is a small minority.
